Simple Relaxation Technique

For those of you who feed too much your simplest task is to focus on a brick wall, meditate with soft music, and take a relaxing bath with sea salt. That is the quickest, easiest thing you can do and do not rush yourself just relax.

  • A brick wall. Dang it. I can't focus on a brick wall when my whole body is buzzing like an electrical pole. I get so amped up, ill throw soft music out the door and jam up on some metal. Just relax is easier said than done. I like getting overamped, it's like a drug. It's easy to get carried away expecially, when it's feeling so good. After, about day three and you cant shut down, that's when the body begins begging for mercy. So, learning to be responsible and knowing what your limit is helps. Sticking to your limit, no matter how good your tingling, works. How dangerous is it to repeatedly over amp oneself? Like, when your doing it on purpose. Isnt there a term for that? I do like that brick wall ideal. Thank You .I plan on running face first into it when I overamp again.

  • I find a relaxing bath helps a lot and soft music but most vamps swear by the brick wall routine but relaxation is hard esp focusing on anything
